BOOKING TERMS

Clear scope. Clear payment. Clear expectations.

These booking terms explain how paid KULIC Advisory sessions are scheduled, paid, rescheduled, and delivered. They are designed to make the advisory engagement clear before a session is booked.

This page provides commercial booking terms for KULIC Advisory sessions. For enterprise procurement, a separately signed agreement or purchase order can supersede these public booking terms where agreed in writing.

Business-to-business only: These paid offers are available only to clients acting for a business or professional organization, not to consumers.

Commercial clarity

Terms for paid advisory sessions.

Concise rules for paid entry formats, payment, rescheduling, cancellations, preparation, confidentiality, and outputs.

01

Scope of Paid Sessions

Paid sessions are focused advisory formats with defined duration, scope, and output. They are not open-ended consulting projects, formal audits, legal opinions, financial opinions, tax advice, or compliance opinions.

  • Value Snapshot™ focuses on one KPI, one execution lever, and one executive insight.
  • Paid diagnostic entries are senior advisory sessions for specific procurement, S2P, operating model, governance, or execution challenges.
  • Executive Diagnosis and System Review formats are designed to clarify execution breaks, decision ownership, governance gaps, and next moves.
02

Payment

Payment is required during booking unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Paid public booking flows may be processed through Stripe. A session is confirmed only after the payment and booking process has been completed.

  • Prices are shown in euros.
  • Taxes may be calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • After successful payment, clients may be redirected to schedule the session.
  • If payment succeeds but scheduling is not completed, clients should contact KULIC Advisory.
  • Prices may change for future bookings, but already confirmed bookings are not changed retroactively.
03

Rescheduling

Clients should request rescheduling as early as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling should be done through the booking confirmation link where available or by contacting KULIC Advisory.

04

Cancellation and No-Show

Because paid sessions reserve senior advisory capacity, late cancellations and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be treated as completed for booking and payment purposes.

Exceptions may be considered at KULIC Advisory's discretion in cases of genuine emergency or technical disruption.

05

Refunds

Refunds are not automatically granted after a session has taken place. If KULIC Advisory cannot deliver a confirmed session, the client may be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.

For Value Snapshot™ sessions, if no meaningful execution signal can be identified from the information provided, KULIC Advisory may offer one additional focused review at no additional advisory fee.

06

Client Preparation and Information Quality

The short pre-session intake is a required part of every paid diagnostic. It should be completed no later than 24 hours before the session. The value of the session depends on accurate, relevant, and non-confidential information unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

  • Value Snapshot™: one KPI or best available estimate, target or expectation, business context and one executive decision question.
  • Signal Scan: one concrete blocker, where it appears, current owner, stuck decision and previous attempts.
  • Executive Diagnosis: concrete recurring situation, decision pressure, functions and stakeholders involved, previous attempts and the next leadership decision.
  • System Review: one bounded cross-functional break, affected process and systems, handoffs, owners, decision rights, governance points and useful non-confidential artifacts.
  • The KPI owner or decision owner should attend Value Snapshot™ and Signal Scan. An accountable sponsor or decision owner should attend Executive Diagnosis; System Review should also include an owner who can explain the cross-functional operating reality.

No presentation deck is required. If material information is missing, KULIC Advisory may ask focused follow-up questions or recommend rescheduling so the paid session is not spent reconstructing the brief.

07

Confidentiality

Information shared during advisory sessions is treated with professional discretion. Where formal confidentiality obligations are required, a separate NDA or written agreement should be agreed before sensitive information is shared.

08

Output and Follow-Up

Each paid diagnostic has a bounded output and a clear decision use. Unless separately agreed, outputs are concise advisory notes, not slide decks or implementation deliverables.

  • Value Snapshot™: a 15-minute executive KPI review covering one KPI and one execution lever, followed by one Executive Signal Snapshot™ summary.
  • Signal Scan: a 30-minute focused advisory session followed by one focused execution-break note with the recommended next diagnostic or advisory route.
  • Executive Diagnosis: a 60-minute executive diagnosis followed by a written Signal Note covering the break, ownership issue, decision risk and first 30-day movement.
  • System Review: a 90-minute deep review followed by a written System Review Note covering the observed architecture layers, decision rights, risk points and recommended next move.
  • Follow-up: one clarification exchange by email is included for paid diagnostics, limited to the delivered note and scope.

Outputs are advisory in nature and do not replace formal audit, legal, financial, tax, compliance, or cybersecurity review.

09

Technical Issues

If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues affecting the meeting platform, the session may be rescheduled. Clients should join on time and ensure they have access to the meeting link, internet connection, microphone, and calendar invite.

Security & Data Handling

Keep sensitive data behind the right boundary.

Paid diagnostic routes use Stripe Checkout for payment and a separate scheduling step after payment. Sensitive operational, supplier, employee, contract or commercial data should not be submitted before a separate NDA or written confidentiality agreement is in place.
