What the Signal Guide does
The AICTIONBOT™ Signal Guide is a hybrid assistant: deterministic routing plus an optional generative-AI signal read. Commands, chips and scans run locally in your browser. AI processing starts only after you deliberately submit free text. Your message, page language, current page and up to six recent turns may then be transmitted through our Cloudflare infrastructure to Anthropic when the AI mode is configured and enabled.
What the Signal Guide does not do
It does not persist your transcript on this website, writes no chat cookies and no localStorage or sessionStorage, and the API key stays server-side. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is a routing signal, not advice or an automated decision with legal or contractual effect. Do not enter confidential, personal, employee, supplier, contract or commercially sensitive information. A deterministic offline fallback exists and the AI feature can be disabled entirely.
Cookies and consent
The consent choice is stored locally with a timestamp and 180-day expiry. Reject remains as easy as Accept, and Privacy settings resets the choice. Matomo remains inactive unless configured, approved and accepted.
Analytics and storage
The site does not store UTM or LinkedIn campaign identifiers in browser storage. No Matomo script or event is queued before consent. Executive Intake fields are not sent to Matomo and are not written to Analytics Engine. The Signal Guide writes no browser storage and sends no analytics; its only network request is the deliberate AI signal read described in card 02, and /clear resets the visible in-page session (it does not delete provider-side records).
Delivery and local fonts
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages/CDN. Full-length homepage films are served from the KULIC Advisory media domain on Cloudflare R2. Web fonts are served locally by this website; native media controls remain with the visitor.
Payments
Paid public offers are for business clients and professional organizations only. Payments are handled through approved Stripe checkout links. KULIC Advisory does not process card data directly on this site.
Executive Intake and contact
Executive Intake submits inside this website. Validation runs before an accepted request is stored first in Cloudflare D1; the browser receives a short KA reference. Email is a secondary notification only, so email delivery does not determine whether the Intake was recorded. Preview and Production use separate databases. No attachments are accepted; do not submit confidential information before NDA. Intake records expire after 30 calendar days and scheduled cleanup removes expired records. The record does not include an IP address, user agent, cookie or analytics identifier.
Proof boundaries
Proof signals are shown to explain credibility and advisory experience. They are not guarantees of future outcomes. The site avoids prestige shorthand, invented testimonials and inflated benchmark claims.
Commercial route boundaries
Value Snapshot™, Signal Scan, Executive Diagnosis and System Review are B2B-only paid entry routes. Decision Pack™ is follow-on decision material. Decision-Velocity Retainer™ is recurring decision support, not coaching. Both are proposal-based, not hidden checkout subscriptions. Public Signal Letter signup is inactive until a verified consent and double-opt-in flow exists.
Accessibility
This site is designed with accessibility in mind and is continuously improved. Keyboard use, visible focus, reduced-motion fallbacks and media controls are maintained without claiming certified conformance.

The public website is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection. The Execution Signal Assessment™ runs in the browser and does not submit answers, store responses or create a backend record. Executive Intake is different: it validates the submission, stores the accepted request first in D1, returns a short reference, and sends only a secondary notification. Intake records expire after 30 calendar days; no attachments are accepted and no confidential information should be submitted before NDA. Paid diagnostic routes use Stripe Checkout for payment and a separate scheduling step after payment.
