Cookie Policy

Kulic Advisory does not intentionally set marketing cookies on this website. The site uses limited browser storage only for the consent preference described below.

Consent preference

The key kulic_cookie_choice is stored in local browser storage after you choose Accept or Reject. The stored object includes the choice, timestamp and an expiry after 180 days. Reject keeps optional analytics disabled. The banner is shown again when no valid choice is available. Use Privacy settings in the footer to reset the preference.

Cloudflare security cookie

Cloudflare may set a security cookie such as cf_clearance after a visitor passes a security or bot-protection challenge. It allows Cloudflare to recognize that the browser has completed the challenge and helps protect the website from abusive or automated traffic. The cookie is provided and controlled by Cloudflare and is not used by KULIC Advisory for advertising or campaign attribution. Its duration depends on the active Cloudflare security configuration.

Campaign parameters

The website does not persist UTM values or LinkedIn click identifiers in local storage, session storage, or cookies. Query parameters may remain visible in the browser address bar, but the site does not copy them into browser storage or propagate them through links.

Cookie-free analytics

Matomo is currently inactive unless an approved Matomo URL and site ID are configured and you choose Accept. No Matomo script or event is queued before consent. Any later activation requires a separate technical and legal preflight. Reject does not load it.

KULIC Signal Guide™

The Signal Guide does not read or write cookies, local storage or session storage, and sends no analytics. Its free-text signal read makes one deliberate, user-initiated request to our own /api endpoint (no third-party browser call); the transcript lives only in the page session and /clear resets it.

External platforms

Links or embeds from platforms such as Google Drive, LinkedIn, podcast providers, or video platforms may apply their own cookie and privacy rules once opened. Those platforms are outside the direct control of Kulic Advisory.
